Schimb de resurse şi oportunităţi - Ediția a II-a

Schimb de resurse şi oportunităţi este o întâlnire interactivă în care vei avea ocazia să te conectezi cu alții pentru a împărtăși și descoperi talentele, abilitățile și resursele existente printre vorbitorii de română din Islanda. Evenimentul este motivat de dorinţa de a dezvolta o comunitate şi se bazează pe ideea că toate resursele de care avem nevoie pentru a ne realiza obiectivele și avea o viață bună sunt mai aproape decât credem și că pot fi găsite și accesate prin stabilirea legăturilor potrivite cu oamenii din jurul nostru. Această experiență facilitată este concepută pentru a descoperi valoarea unică pe care fiecare persoană o aduce în comunitate.

Vor avea loc mai multe runde de discuții în grup, pentru a face cunoștință, a discuta nevoi și oferte, și a planifica schimburi. 

De ce să participi?

• Cunoaște oameni noi și creează experiențe comune
• Discută despre punctele tale tari și explorează modalități de a le valorifica
• Implică-te în schimburi de resurse, servicii și timp
• Petrece două ore într-o atmosferă plăcută și prietenoasă
• Găsește soluții la probleme practice prin colaborare

Exemple de nevoi: Sfaturi pentru a începe o afacere, mentorat într-o abilitate sau carieră specifică, resurse precum cărți sau echipamente, asistență cu învățarea unei limbi sau traducere, sprijin în organizarea de evenimente comunitare, ajutor în dezvoltarea personală, cum ar fi vorbitul în public sau leadership-ul etc.

Exemple de oferte: Expertiză în domenii precum tehnologie, finanțe sau educație, abilități precum gătitul, grădinăritul sau diverse meșteșuguri, oportunități pentru stagii sau locuri de muncă, resurse precum spații de întâlnire, unelte sau materiale, talente personale precum muzică, artă sau povestit, timp și efort pentru proiecte care să ajute comunitatea etc.

Exchange of resources and opportunities - 2nd edition

For whom: Romanian speakers living in Iceland

Exchange of resources and opportunities is an interactive meeting where you will have the opportunity to connect with others to share and discover the talents, skills and resources that exist among Romanian speakers in Iceland. The event is motivated by the wish to develop community and relies on the idea that all the resources we need in order to achieve our goals and have a good life are closer than we think and can be found and accessed by making the right connections with the people around us. This facilitated experience is designed to discover the unique value that each person brings.

There will be several rounds of group discussions to get to know each other, discuss needs and offers, and plan exchanges.

Why participate?

• Meet new people and create shared experiences
• Discuss your strengths and explore ways to fructify them
• Engage in exchanges of resources, services and time
• Spend two hours in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere
• Find solutions to practical problems through collaboration

Examples of needs: advice on starting a business, mentoring in a specific skill or career, resources such as books or equipment, help with language learning or translation, support in organizing community events, help with personal development such as speaking in public or leadership etc.

Examples of offers: expertise in areas such as technology, finance or education, skills such as cooking, gardening or various crafts, opportunities for internships or jobs, resources such as meeting spaces, tools or materials, personal talents such as music, art or storytelling, time and effort for projects that help the community etc.
