Non-violent communication (NVC) is an approach developed by Marshall Rosenberg that is based on empathy, honesty and willingness to understand one another.
Polina will guide you through the evening by sharing her experience of studying and practicing non-violent approach in youth work.
What to expect: basics of NVC theory and ways to apply it, sharing circle and discussion, drawing exercises as a reflection tool.
This is not a licensed training, but instead we are seeking to create a platform for non-formal learning experiences that everyone can join.
