We are a membership based platform. Free access to the platform enables visitors to purchase an item from a member and also sign up for an event. Our starter membership is €3 which offers the benefit of being able to sell or gift up to 3 items a month, receive a 12% discount on our events and support from our totel.ly team. Refunds & Returns
We are focused on second hand items at this time, and will not be offering refunds on any items sold. We encourage local face-to-face delivery (reducing packaging and shipping), keeping the item in the local ecosystem. This will enable you to inspect the item before it is handed over, reducing the need for after sales queries, such as refunds or returns. If an item arrives damaged, doesn't match the description, or is incorrect, you can request a refund from the seller. If you've changed your mind, returns and refunds are at the seller’s discretion. The seller and buyer arrange delivery via the messaging system. Please keep all communication within the messaging system in order to keep track of agreements made. If the item is delivered by post or courier service, the item will be sent by the seller and paid for by the buyer. Buyers should contact the seller directly about all matters relating to the delivery process. We encourage sellers to make the use of the most environmentally friendly materials and transport methods.
